My Designations
Here are the many designations that I hold:
ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative: The ABR® designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency service, demonstrates to clients that the agent has taken steps to continue their education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.
For more information, visit REBAC’s site at www.rebac.net.
CIPS – The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world’s largest trade association. The CIPS Network is comprised of 1,500 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the “international” market. Whether traveling abroad to put deals together, assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in local markets, CIPS members are consumers’ best resource to ensure they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate. CRS – Certified Residential Specialist: Only 5% of all REALTORS® have earned this prestigious credential. There is a big difference between me and other agents due to advanced training, experience, and nationwide access to a network of resources. For more information, visit CRS’s site at www.crs.com.
GRI – Graduate of REALTOR® Institute: This professional designation gives me a level of expertise that allows me to offer my clients the best service possible by being up-to-date and well-trained. The letters behind my name show my commitment to being the best in my field and that I take this job very seriously. The GRI courses give me much better insight into the actual workings of the real estate business.
TRC – This course prepares real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the transnational referral system developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations – ICREA.
